Therapy provides a space where you can work through your unique issues in a supported, professional environment. Issues we can work on with you include anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, stress and relationship difficulties.
Therapeutic approaches we might take include Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).  We will typically discuss the best approach to take with you after our initial assessment session with you.
Assessment sessions typically last 1.5 hours, whilst regular therapy sessions will be 1hour long.
